Dez Blair is a London-based contemporary photographer whose photographic approach has been influenced by her career as a professional storyteller performing throughout North America and England.
Photography has been Dez's private passion, when a back related incident that caused her to be still . . . led her to share her photographic images publicly.
She is known for her improvised on-the-spot stories created from 10 words suggested by her audience. Dez uses that same spontaneous style as she examines the world through her lens.
It is not missed by this storyteller that an unintentional moment of stillness from the busyness of her life led her to explore and intentionally freeze everyday moments photographically.
